Platform tools & data (THR80 Units 5–8) Admin tools: Check Tool, Upgrade Center, Execution Manager, Proxy, Admin Alerts Data models: Succession Data Model, CSF, CDM, Business Configuration UI Picklist Center (legacy vs MDF), People Profile blocks, Home page tiles MDF: objects, fields, business rules, event types Done when: Given any task, you name the right tool instantly.
Day 3
Succession core (THR85 Units 1–5) Nomination methods and how each behaves — this is the heart of THR85 Succession permissions, People Profile in succession, position model Talent Search and Talent Pools Flashcards: Succession set, 2 passes Done when: You can list the nomination methods and one distinguishing fact for each.
Day 4
Succession visuals & reporting (THR85 Units 6–11) Succession Org Chart, Position Tile View, Lineage Chart Matrix Grid Reports (9-box), Talent Cards, Presentations Imports and Calibration Take Mock Exam: THR85 — record your score Done when: Every chart/report: what it shows, where it is configured, what permission it needs.
Day 5
Mock exam day Mock Exam: THR80 (timed), then review EVERY explanation Mock Exam: THR85 (timed), then review EVERY explanation Re-read only the notes behind questions you missed Retake both — the questions reshuffle each time Done when: Score 75%+ on both mocks.
Day 6
Lock it in Read only MUST KNOW notes, both courses, one pass Read the Exam Tricks page twice One final Full Mock (mixed) — no notes, timed Stop studying 3 hours before bed. Sleep beats cramming. Done when: Calm, rested, and fast at eliminating wrong options.
